The fine folks at OMD NZ have a recent blog posting on how TV viewership metrics are changing a little in order to accommodate time-shifted views. The trouble is, it just isn’t that simple and frankly TV stations and Nielsen have happily used poor metrics that just aren’t as accurate as they both should and could be. If where you spend your money on advertising is important to you, this is worth reading.

I think Siri is a revolutionary, and I’m not the only one. She has the potential to truly change and enhance user interface with design and function.
Online Holiday Spending Still Growing
So far trends in the US have online spending up 15% including an impressive 25% for Black Friday. Clearly the poor economy isn’t hurting e-commerce, and in fact comparison shopping and free shipping offers may be accelerating it.
